The purpose of the Site is to deliver users any random message that other users have posted, as well as provide a place for users to write messages to be delivered to others (User Content). User content is not necessarily screened or monitored. You understand that user-published content on this site is from third-parties and that it may contain obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, infringing or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate material. Users, including you, are urged to report such content, and refrain from posting such content. The Site will use reasonable efforts to block such content by deleting or preventing such content from being shown. Posters of such content may be blocked from posting any content in the future.
Space Email is designed to deliver random, user-submitted messages. Because of this, you might see something you don't like. Report those. If you post these distasteful messages, you may be blocked or banned from the site.
Users, including you, are permitted to submit content in the form of messages to the Site
(User Content). Users are subject to following these terms and the following rules for
content. Users who violate any of these rules or terms of use may be blocked from accessing
the Site. You understand and acknowledge that User Content is not necessarily produced from
the Site, and the Site does not endorse, and has no control over User Content. User Content
is not necessarily reviewed by the Site.
No Spam or Mass Posting:
Users can post one message per minute. You agree that you will not, using tools,
modifications, or otherwise, repeatedly post messages in a way that violates the
1-per-minute rule.
No Illegal or Infringing Content:
You understand that you are held responsible for your User Content, and agree to not post
any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of the privacy of
another person. If you post any such content, it may be removed from the Site at the sole
discretion of the Site's administrator(s), and your access to the Site may be blocked.
No Violations of Third Party Rights:
You agree that you will not post any User Content that contains any personal information about
any person or that violates the privacy of any other individual. You also agree that you will
not post any content that is slanderous or libelous about others.
No Commercial Use:
You agree that you will not post any content that contains solicitations of any type, including
advertisement of a product or service, offering a product or service for sale, directing users
to a location for the purpose of sales.
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS:
For violating the rules above, or any other agreement in these Terms of Service, you may be subject
to a ban or block from the site, at the Site's sole discretion.
You are the content creator. Because of that, you are responsible for making this work.
Don't post anything illegal, infringing, violating of the privacy of others,
or for advertisement or soliciations.
You aren't allowed to spam or use hacks/tools to violate the 1-per-minute rule.
If you do any of the above, you may be blocked or banned
from the site.
The site or its creators are not responsible for the content on the site, and
does not necessarily agree with the views expressed by users.
Due to the anonymous nature of User Content, it cannot be attributed to any author(s).
By posting or publishing any User Content, you hereby grant the Site a license to use,
reproduce, distrubute, publically display, transmit, host, and broadcast such User content.
User Content cannot be modified or deleted by its poster. The Site may delete, at its
sole discretion, any User Content, especially such that violates these Terms or the Posting Rules.
By posting content, you give us the right to use, reproduce, and display that content.
We reserve the right to delete any content, offensive or not.
You will indemnify and hold Space Email, the Site, and all of its personnel harmless from any liability, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting directly or indirectly, from your violation of these Terms.
If you get in trouble for something you posted here that violates the terms, you cannot hold Space Email responsible.
Space Email is sold under a pay-what-you-want model. It is provided for free until users
commit to paying for it, at which point you are eligible to create an account, which
grants access to new features. You are not obligated to pay any money by using this site.
Payments are processed via third-party processors. The Site is not liable and will not
be held accountable for any issues, including security and protection of your banking
account and data breaches on the provider's databases.
Space Email is Pay-What-You-Want. You don't have to pay anything at all.
We do
not process payment ourselves, so if something suspicious happens, it's not on our end.
